Abstract
指挥信息系统未来如何建设发展是指挥控制领域关注的重点问题.首先,分析了软件定义技术的发展现状,在此基础上结合软件定义技术的思想内涵提出了软件定义指挥信息系统的基本概念,并描述了系统的基本组成和装备形态;然后,设计了系统的构建部署、运行调整以及升级演化模式;最后,阐述了系统运行的基本原理.通过探索软件定义指挥信息系统的基本概念与原理,为未来指挥信息系统的建设发展提供有益参考.
It is a focused problem in the field of command and control about how to develop the com-mand information system in the future.Firstly,the current development of software defined technolo-gies is analyzed.Based on it and combined with the idea of software defined technologies,basic con-cept of software defined command information system is proposed.The basic composition and equip-ment form of the system is also described.Then,the patterns of the system about construction and de-ployment,running and adjustment and upgrading and evolution are designed.Finally,the principle of the system operation is expounded.By exploring the concept and principle of software defined com-mand information system,the study can provide useful references for the future system development.
