Abstract
针对TH型模具的镶块易磨损和缺肉问题进行了详细分析,并找出了造成不良的原因.模具的品质对制品品质具有重要影响,砂芯是一种常用于铸造过程中的模具,而模具镶块的磨损和缺肉是导致砂芯制品不良的主要原因之一.为解决这些问题,对模具射砂嘴的设计缺陷展开了技术改造,改良后的砂芯模射砂嘴提高了砂芯制造的成品率,减少了因砂芯供应不足而导致的生产率降低的问题,经过长达6 个月的试用和QC质量跟踪确认,改造后的模具具有更好的耐磨损性能和更高的精度,能够生产出更高质量的砂芯制品.这不仅提高了砂芯制造的成品率,减少了发动机机缸盖废品的产生,还提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,为企业创造了良好的经济效益.
A detailed analysis is conducted on the issues of wear and lack of material issues in the lining block of TH-type molds,and the reasons for the defects are identified.The quality of the mold has a significant impact on the quality of the products,and sand cores are commonly used molds in the casting process.The wear and lack of material in the mold lining block are major causes of defective sand core products.To address these issues,technical improvements are carried out on the design flaws of the mold's sand nozzle.The improved sand core mold with the modified sand nozzle has increased the yield of sand core production and reduced the problem of reduced productivity due to insufficient sand core supply.After six months of trial use and quality control tracking,the modified mold has demonstrated better wear resistance and higher accuracy,resulting in higher quality sand core products.This not only improves the yield of sand core production and reduces the production of waste engine cylinder heads,but also enhances production efficiency and reduces production costs,creating significant economic benefits for the company.
