Abstract
小学教育是整个国民教育的基础,为学生的终身发展和整个国民素质的提升打下坚实的基础.促进高等师范院校小学教育专业的建设是培养高素质小学教师队伍的重要途径.以国家的相关政策和融合教育的时代背景为依据,从人才培养的目标、课程设置、教学改革等方面,阐述了南京特殊教育师范学院小学教育专业普特贯通、专通融合这一颇具特色的人才培养模式,并提出应继续深入思考融合教育背景下小学教师的素养结构、处理好学科课程和教师教育课程的关系、探索课程设置的"小学教育特性".
Primary education is the foundation of the whole national education,which lays a solid foundation for the lifelong development of students and the improvement of the whole national quality.Promoting the construction of primary education major in higher normal colleges is an important way to train high-quality primary school teachers.Based on the relevant national policies and the background of inclusive education,this paper expounds the special talent training mode of the primary education major of Nanjing Normal University of Special Education from the aspects of the goal of talent training,curriculum setting and teaching reform,that is ordinary and special combination,specialized and general integration.It is suggested that it should continue to think deeply about the quality structure of primary school teachers under the background of inclusive education,deal with the relationship between subject curriculum and teacher education curriculum,and explore the"characteristics of primary school education"of curriculum setting.
