关于促进河北省数字经济发展的财政支持政策研究 / Research on Financial Support Policies for Promoting the Development of Digital Economy in Hebei Province

Abstract
近年来,河北聚焦建设数据驱动、智能融合的数字河北这一目标,抢抓数字经济提档升级新机遇,做强做优做大数字经济,加快数字治理创新、加强智慧政府建设.数字经济已成为赋能全省高质量发展的重要途径.通过分析河北财政助力数字经济发展实际,针对当前河北省数字经济发展面临整体水平不高、创新能力不强、数字治理滞后等诸多问题,在借鉴国内财政推动数字经济高质量发展的先进经验与启示基础上,提出了调整财政制度体系构建、引进高端人才、加大研发力度、拓展消费市场等财政政策建议,进而助推河北省数字经济引领产业转型升级、实现河北省高质量发展.
In recent years,Hebei has focused on the goal of building a data-driven and intelligent integrated digital Hebei,seizing new opportunities for upgrading the digital economy,strengthening,optimizing,and expanding the digital economy,accelerating innovation in digital governance,and strengthening the construction of a smart government.The digital economy has become an important way to empower high-quality development in the province.By analyzing the actual situation of Hebei's financial support for the development of the digital economy,and in response to the current problems of low overall level,weak innovation ability,and lagging digital governance in the development of the digital economy in Hebei Province,based on the advanced experience and guidance of domestic finance in promoting high-quality development of the digital economy,this paper proposes financial policy recommendations such as adjusting the construction of the financial system,introducing high-end talents,increasing research and development efforts,and expanding the consumer market in order to further promote the digital economy in Hebei Province to lead industrial transformation and upgrading,and achieve high-quality development in Hebei Province.
