Abstract
在相同配方、生产工艺条件以及标准的测试环境下,研究了连续化生产的不同厚度金属饰面硬质聚氨酯夹芯板泡沫内部的温度曲线、最高温度和降温时间的变化.结果表明:聚氨酯夹芯板的厚度越大,泡沫内部的最高温度越高;聚氨酯夹芯板的晾板时间随着厚度的增大而增大,参考内部温度70℃的时间点得出 50、100、150、200 和 250 mm厚度的聚氨酯夹芯板分别需要约 30、60、120、200 和300 min左右的晾板时间;若聚氨酯夹芯板内部温度降至环境温度,50、100、150、200 和250 mm厚度的夹芯板的晾板时间分别需要200、500、800、1 000 和1 200 min左右.
The temperature curves,the maximum temperature and the cooling time inside the foam of the metal-faced rigid polyurethane sandwich board with different thickness were studied by continuous production under the same formula,production process and standard test environment.The results showed that the higher the thickness of polyurethane sandwich board,the higher the maximum temperature inside the foam,and the drying time of polyurethane sandwich board increased with the increase of thickness.According to the time point of the internal temperature of 70℃,the polyurethane sandwich panels with 50,100,150,200 and 250 mm thickness needed about 30,60,120,200 and 300 minutes of drying time,respectively.If the internal temperature of the polyurethane sandwich plate was reduced to the ambient temperature,the sandwich plate of 50,100,150,200 and 250 mm thickness would take about 200,500,800,1 000 and 1 200 minutes,respectively.
