Abstract
针对IBR工艺对钢铁厂冷轧废水中高浓度总氮的处理展开中试研究,结果表明,在设计参数pH值≈8.0、污泥浓度MLSS≈6 000 mg/L、温度T≈30℃、回流比R≈10、好氧区溶解氧DO≈4.0 mg/L、缺氧区溶解氧DO<0.5 mg/L条件下,废水TN去除负荷高达0.08 kg TN/kg MLSS·d,去除率高达96.66%,TN、COD等各项出水指标满足后续生物膜法进水水质要求.与其他工艺相比,该工艺污泥浓度高、无内部活动件、占地面积小、操作方便,成本低廉.
A pilot-scale study on the denitrification treatment of cold rolling waste water utilizing IBR process was carried out in a steel plant,and the treatment effect under design parameters was investigated.The experiments showed that total nitrogen removal loading was more than 0.08 kg TN/kg MLSS · d and removal rate was as high as 96.66%,under the design parameters pH value≈8.0,MLSS ≈6 000 mg/L,T≈30 ℃,R≈10,DO≈4.0 mg/L (anoxic zone),DO<0.5 mg/L (oxic zone).Effluent indexes such as TN,COD concentration could meet the relevant requirements of subsequent biofilm process.Compared with other process technologies,IBR process could maintain high sludge concentration with no internal moving parts,operation cost was low and less field area was used.Also,technical improvements on the process were convenient and cheap because of its simplicity.
