Abstract
微小RNA （miRNA）是存在于真核细胞一种非编码小RNA，可以调控多种基因的表达，目前被认为几乎参与了一切生命活动和许多疾病的发病过程。miRNA-29是 miRNA 的一种，有研究表明 miRNA-29与纤维化、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤等多种疾病的发生、发展相关。该文简要叙述 miR-NA-29的生物学功能及与一些疾病的关联，以期有利于疾病的治疗及控制疾病进展。
microRNA (miRNA)is a kind of non-coding small RNA in eukaryotic cells,which can regulate the expression of a variety of genes.Currently,miRNA has been thought to participate in almost all life activities and the pathogenesis of many diseases.miRNA-29 is a category of miRNAs.Many studies have dem-onstrated that miRNA-29 is related to the incidence and development of fibrosis,diabetes mellitus,cancer,and other diseases.In this paper,biological function of miRNA-29 and its association with relevant diseases were described,which contributed to prevention of disease progression and clinical treatment.
