Abstract
为调查西藏部分地区羊棘球蚴感染情况并分析其感染的危险因素,本研究利用剖检法和PCR法对西藏部分地区的281只羊的各组织样品进行羊棘球蚴检测,通过SPSS 27软件对281只羊组织样品的检测结果进行卡方检验分析,将有统计学意义(P<0.1)的因素建立二元Logistic回归模型,分析羊棘球蚴感染的危险因素,并以优势比(OR值)判定这些因素引发感染的危险性.结果显示,本次调查区域内羊棘球蚴均为细粒棘球蚴(Echinococcus granulosus),其感染率为37.01%(104/281),其中仲巴县感染率最高,达62.26%(66/106),其中4个县区感染率均在20%~30%.年龄差异和海拔因素与羊棘球蚴感染率均呈正相关,不同采样地点和不同羊的(绵羊、山羊)棘球蚴感染率均差异显著,不同采样时间羊感染率差异不显著.其中,羊年龄差异是西藏部分地区棘球蚴感染的危险因素.应当针对危险因素进行合理干预,以降低感染风险.本研究对西藏部分地区羊棘球蚴感染情况进行调查研究,为家畜包虫病的防治提供参考.
In order to investigate the situation of Echinococcus infection in some areas of Xizang and analyze its risk factors of infection,this study detected Echinococcus in 281 samples from areas of Xizang by dissection and PCR methods.Chi-square test was carried out on the test results of 281 samples by SPSS27 software.A binary Logistic regression model with statistically significant factors was established to analyze the risk factors of echinococcosis infection.The odds ratio(OR)value was used to determine the risk of infection caused by research factors.All sheep Echinococcus in the survey area were Echinococcus granulosus,with an infection rate of 37.01%(104/281).The infection rate in Zhongba County was the highest,reaching 62%(66/106).The infection rate in the other five counties was 20%-30%.The age difference and altitude factors were positively correlated with the infection rate of Echinococcus.There were significant differences in sampling sites and livestock breeds(sheep and goats),but there was no significant difference in sampling time.Among them,the age difference of sheep is the main risk factor of Echinococcus infection in some areas of Xizang.Reasonable intervention should be carried out according to the risk factors to reduce the risk of infection.This study investigated the infection of Echinococcus in order to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of echinococcosis in sheep livestock in certain areas of Xizang.
