Abstract
随着农村劳动力的转移和现代农业科技的发展,东北大红萝卜生产机械化需求迫切.为此,利用数理统计方法对东北大红萝卜的物理特性进行了统计和分析,得到了大红萝卜可食用根质量、长度、直径、土下埋藏深度、茎叶高度及距根茎结合部 20mm 处茎叶直径等物理特征的分布区间、分布比例、极值和平均值等数据,为设计大红萝卜联合收获机械进行了技术储备.对自然土壤状态下大红萝卜的拔取力进行了试验研究,得到拔取力为[174.9,190.2]N,二次曲线数学模型为 y = 1.7557×10-5x2+ 3.7765×10-2x+ 1.1384×102;对拔取速度对茎叶拉断力的影响进行了试验研究,得到茎叶拉断力为[164.2,181.6]N,二次曲线数学模型为 y =-7.3593×10-4x2-2.3835×10-1x+ 1.9055×102.结果表明:拟合结果与试验数据基本吻合,算法可行有效.
With the transfer of rural labor force and the development of modern agricultural science and technology,the mechanization production of northeastred radish is imminent.The physical characteristics of northeast red radish has been analyzed by mathematical statistics method,obtaining the data of edible root mass,length,diameter,buried depth under soil,stem and leaf height,the distribution range of stem and leaf diameter of radish at 20 mm from the junction of root and stem,distribution proportion,extreme value and average value,which provided technical support for the design of northeast red radish combine harvester.The extraction force of radish in natural soil state was studied,the extraction force was[174.9,190.2]N,and the mathematical model of quadratic curve was established as follow:y= 1.7557×10-5x2+ 3.7765×10-2x+ 1.1384×102 The effect of extraction speed on the pulling force of stem and leaf was studied,the results showed that the breaking force of stem and leaf was[164.2,181.6]N,and the mathematical model of quad-ratic curve was established as follow:y =-7.3593×10-4x2-2.3835×10-1x+ 1.9055×102.The fitting results were in good agreement with the experimental data,the algorithm can be proved feasible and effective.
