Abstract
随着时代发展,未来智能交通逐渐趋向无人驾驶化,而可视范围内物体自动测量在无人驾驶技术中占据重要地位.因此非接触式物体形态测量成为无人驾驶技术中的重点,要能实现实际物体与模拟物体的形状和尺寸在特定时间内、在空间距离及环境干扰下无限接近,现设计并制作了一种非接触式物体形状和尺寸自动测量系统.该系统使用JETSON NANO控制摄像头对图像分割后识别物体形状和测量尺寸,结合STC8A8K控制器对图像处理及激光反馈的数据进行分析,通过改变PWM波的脉宽来控制舵机的运动速度和运动方向,使得摄像头转动并寻找被测对象,并通过设置两个按键实现不同的功能.经过实物制作与测试,该测量系统的测量结果均在较小的误差范围内并能成功识别物体的形状.
With the development of the times,the future intelligent traffic gradually tends to be driverless.The auto-matic measurement of objects within the visual range plays an important role in the driverless technology.Therefore,the contactless object shape measurement has become the focus of unmanned technology.The size of the actual ob-ject and the simulated object can be infinitely close to each other in a specific time,under the interference of space distance and environment.Now,a contactless object shape and size automatic measurement device is designed and manufactured.The shape and size of the object are recognized and measured by the JETSON NANO controlled cam-era after line image segmentation.The image processing and laser feedback data are analyzed by STC8A8K con-troller.By changing PWM wave,the motion speed and direction of the steering gear are controlled to make its cam-era rotate and find the measured object.The setting of two keys are used to achieve different functions.After mak-ing and testing,the measuring results of the system are all in a small error range.And it can successfully identify the shape of the object.
