宏微观视域下大型活动风险评估研究进展 / Progress of research on risk assessment of large-scale activities from the macro and micro perspectives

Abstract
通过对国内外大型活动风险评估相关文献的分析和总结,在学理层面和制度层面厘清了大型活动的内涵与外延,总结归纳了大型活动风险评估的研究概况与研究范式,在宏观视域下,从大型活动的类型出发阐述了大型体育赛事、大型民俗活动、大型商业活动的风险评估研究现状与前沿议题;在微观风险视域下,从风险类型出发梳理了大型活动中踩踏事故风险、火灾风险、社会安全事件风险的风险评估研究现状和创新路径.研究表明,目前大型活动风险评估研究存在理论深度尚显欠缺、研究范式相对局限等问题.未来研究应进一步解读和诠释大型活动的内涵,融合大数据、物联网、人工智能等先进技术,推进大型活动风险评估范式的多元化,加强对不同活动类型以及不同风险类型的风险评估研究,建立精准有效的风险评估模型,推进大型活动安全管理能力现代化.
Through the analysis and summary of relevant literature on risk assessment of large-scale activities at home and abroad,this paper clarified the connotation and extension of large-scale activities at the academic and institutional levels,and summarized the research profiles and research paradigms of risk assessment of large-scale activities.From the macro perspective,this paper expounded the research status and frontier issues of risk assessment of sport events,folk activities and commercial activities from the types of large-scale activities.From the perspective of micro risk,this paper combed the research status and innovation path of risk assessment of stampede accident risk,fire risk and social security incident risk in large-scale activities from the perspective of risk types.The research shows that there are some problems in the research of risk assessment of large-scale activities such as the lack of theoretical depth and the relative limitation of research paradigm.Future research should further interpret and explain the connotation of large-scale activities,integrate advance technologies such as big date,Internet of things and artificial intelligence,promote the diversification of risk assessment paradigms of large-scale activities,strengthen the risk assessment research of different activity types and different risk types,establish accurate and effective risk assessment models,and promote the modernization of safety management capacity of large-scale activities.
