双液注浆堵漏技术在深基坑施工中的应用 / Application of double-liquid grouting plugging technology in deep foundation excavation

Abstract
大型基坑施工结束后,仍需注意应对止水帷幕渗漏.基坑一出现漏水的情况,需立即采取措施进行封堵,避免进一步发展成涌水流沙或更严重的危害.主要介绍双液注浆堵漏这一封堵措施,并研究影响水玻璃浓度和水泥浆浓度以及二者之间的配比双液注浆的凝结时间与结石体强度的影响,给出最佳配比方案.同时以深圳市福田区某基坑为依托,运用Midas软件建立模型,分析了止水帷幕渗漏后应用双液注浆堵漏,分析坑内外水头分布以及坑外土体沉降分布.结果表明:最佳双液注浆的设计浓度为水泥浆水灰质量比0.6∶1,水玻璃浓度35 Be',水泥浆与水玻璃体积比1∶0.5;双液注浆堵漏技术能有效控制止水帷幕渗漏带来的基坑破坏.
After the construction of large-scale foundation,it is still necessary to pay attention to the leakage of waterproof cur-tains.As soon as there is a water leakage in the foundation pit,it is necessary to take immediate measures to plug it to avoid further development into water gushing quicksand or more serious hazards.In this paper,the plugging measure of double-liquid grouting is mainly introduced,and the influence of the setting time and mixed-stone strength of the double-liquid grouting on the concentration of sodium silicate and the concentration of cement slurry and the ratio between the two is studied,and the op-timal ratio scheme is given.Based on a foundation pit in Futian District,Shenzhen,the model was established by Midas soft-ware,and the leakage of the waterproof curtain was analyzed by using double-liquid grouting to plug the leakage,and the distri-bution of water head inside and outside the pit and the settlement distribution of soil outside the pit were analyzed.The results show that the optimal design concentration of two-liquid grouting is 0.6∶1,35 Be',and 1∶0.5.
