Abstract
随着社会的深入发展和经济结构转型,农业现代化发展已经成为维持社会结构稳定、保证粮食安全底线的关键方法.而维持产业稳定的方式需要利用创新型人才弥补整体产业架构的不足,以此推动农业技术化、科学化发展.高校应从明确培养目标、优化专业结构、完善实践体系和教师队伍等方面入手,全方位推动高校农业专业发展,确保高素质人才的综合使用,为社会需求培养大量农业现代化创新型人才.
With the deepening development of society and the transformation of economic structure,the modernization of agriculture has become a key method to maintain social stability and ensure the bottom line of food security.The way to maintain industrial stability requires the use of innovative talents to make up for the shortcomings of the overall industrial structure,in order to promote the development of agricultural technology and science.Relevant departments should start from clarifying training objectives,optimizing professional structure,improving practical system,and creating a teaching team to comprehensively promote the development of agricultural majors in universities,ensure the comprehensive use of high-quality talents,and cultivate a large number of innovative talents for agricultural modernization to meet social needs.
