Abstract
从烟草工业废水处理厂的污泥中筛选出一株以雌酮(E1)为底物的甾体雌激素降解菌株ye22,16S rRNA鉴定该菌株为琼氏不动杆菌,对其生长特性及降解动力学进行研究.结果表明,该菌株在以E1为唯一碳源的培养基中,发酵9 d对E1的降解率达41.88%;烟草工业废水和烟草浓缩液中E1质量浓度较高,分别达到1.41×10-4 g/L和9.01×10-5 g/L;收集培养到对数期的ye22菌株,接种于烟草工业废水和烟草浓缩液中,发酵9 d,E1降解率分别为32.07%和27.23%.
