Abstract
粤港澳大湾区探索建立数字人民币创新区,在明确大湾区建设数字人民币创新区重要意义的基础上,就大湾区建设数字人民币创新区的现实条件进行分析,并以此为依据,提出大湾区建立数字人民币创新区的发展建议:以数字人民币结算推动金融创新,规避国际金融风险,推动湾区服务业高质量发展及湾区数字经济高质量发展,完善数字主权货币技术和监管体系.
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as an exploration of the establishment of a digital RMB innovation zone,analyzes the practical conditions for the construction of a digital RMB innovation zone in the Greater Bay Area on the basis of clarifying the importance of the construction of a digital RMB innovation zone in the Greater Bay Area,and further puts forward development suggestions for the establishment of a digital RMB innovation zone in the Greater Bay Area:to promote financial innovation through digital RMB settlement,avoid international financial risks,and promote the high-quality development of the service industry in the Bay Area and the high-quality development of the digital economy in the Bay Area.Improve the technology and regulatory system of digital sovereign currencies.
