Abstract
本文设计了一种基于硬件加密的现场采集装置,可以实现对现场数据的安全采集和加密传输.以温度采集为例,带有RS232接口的温度传感器将温度数据通过FPGA通讯功能模块送入加密功能模块,在加密功能模块通过AES加密后在传送到云平台或远程监控系统.采集装置与加密方案保证了现场数据在采集、传输和存储的全过程中的安全性.实验结果表明,该采集装置在保障数据安全的同时,具有较高的实时性和准确性,可以满足现场数据采集和传输的需求.
The paper designs a field acquisition device based on hardware encryption,which can realize the secure acquisition and encrypted transmission of field data.Taking temperature collection as an example,the temperature sensor with RS232 interface sends the temperature data to the encryption function module through the FPGA communication function module,and then sends the data to the cloud platform or remote monitoring system after encryption through AES encryption in the encryption function module.The acquisition device and encryption program ensure the security of field data in the whole process of acquisition,transmission and storage.The experimental results show that the acquisition device has high real-time and accuracy while guaranteeing data security,and can meet the needs of field data acquisition and transmission.
