Abstract
通过进行650℃大变形轧制和回火处理,制备出纳米级析出相强化的SAVE 12马氏体耐热钢,研究了形变热处理对SAVE 12钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经形变热处理后的SAVE 12马氏体耐热钢的基体组织显著细化,基体组织中形成了大量细小弥散分布的纳米级M23 C6型和MX型析出相。力学性能测试结果表明,形变热处理后,SAVE 12钢的室温及高温拉伸强度和蠕变性能明显得到提高。
SAVE1 2 martensitic heat resistant steels strengthened by nano-sized precipitations are fabricated by heavily warm deformation at 650 ℃ and subsequent tempering treatments,and the effect of thermo-mechanical treatment processing (TMTP)on microstructures and mechanical properties is studied.It is showed that the matrix structure of the SAVE12 martensitic steel is significantly refined by TMTP and a large number of dispersed nano-scale M23C6 type and MX type pre-cipitates are formed in steels.The mechanical property testing results show that TMTP greatly improves the room-tempera-ture and high-temperatures tensile strength and creep property of the SAVE12 martensitic heat resistant steels.
