Abstract
将自主筛选的6株快速腐秆菌配制成复合腐秆菌剂,并对其保质期进行研究。结果表明:保藏第180天,细菌和真菌有效活菌数分别为6.62×108 CFU/g和1.83×108 CFU/g,pH范围稳定在6.0~7.0,含水率逐渐减小,第120天低于20%并趋于稳定,纤维素酶活力总体上降低,180 d的酶活为50.16μg/g。研究发现自制复合腐秆菌剂达到了国标农用微生物菌剂的要求,且保质期时长大于180 d。
The quality guarantee period of a new compound decomposing agent was studied. The results indicated that at 180 preservation day, the effective number of viable bacterium was 6.62×108 cfu/g, and the that of the fungus was 1.83×108 cfu/g. The value of pH remained stable along with the preservation time, ranging between 6.0-7.0. The moisture content decreased less than 20%at 120-day and than stabilized. Additionally, the cellulose activity generally tended to reduce in the first 120 days, afterwards it stabilized and was measured as 50.16μg/g at 180-day. The study showed that the compound decomposing agent basically reached the national standard requirements of agricultural microbial agents, and its quality guarantee period was longer than 180 days.
