封头补强仿形织物的曲面几何映射研究 / Study on surface geometry mapping of head reinforcement shape fabrics

Abstract
根据织物可网格化变形机制,将封头曲面部分覆盖的补强仿形织物沿曲面母线展开为平幅异形轮廓可织织物,探讨封头曲面覆盖织物与二维可织织物之间的几何映射关系,并提出二维可织织物工艺参数的理论计算方法.研究结果表明,在封头曲面结构参数相同的情况下,封头曲面的展开精度随着织物单元尺寸的减小而增大,且织物单元尺寸对二维可织织物的织造工艺参数也有重要影响.开展了二维可织织物封头铺覆试验,试验结果表明,二维可织织物铺覆后的经纱与封头曲面的径圆重合,纬纱倾斜一定角度,经纬纱基本处于极限剪切稳定状态.研究结果可为封头补强仿形织物的成型工艺设计提供理论参考.
The reinforcement shape fabric covered by the head surface was unfolded along the surface bus as a flat-width shaped contour woven fabric based on the fabric meshable deformation mechanism,the geometric mapping relationship between the fabric covered by the head surface and the 2D woven fabric was studied,and the theoretical calculation method of the 2D woven fabric process parameters was proposed.The results of the study show that the unfolding accuracy of the head surface increases with the decrease of the fabric unit size for the same structural parameters of the head surface,and the size of the fabric unit has a significant impact on the weaving parameter of the fabrics.The 2D fabric head covering experiments were carried out.The experiment results show that the warp yarns of 2D woven fabrics after laying overlap with the radial circle of the head surface,the weft yarns are tilted at a certain angle,and the warp and weft yarns are basically in an ultimate shear stable state.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the molding process design of head reinforcement shape fabric.
