Abstract
大蒜产品营养丰富,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖血脂及提高动物食欲等功能.大蒜产品可以提高动物的生产性能和产品质量,增强机体免疫力.文章综述了大蒜产品的功能及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展,总结和探讨了大蒜副产物在动物生产应用中存在的问题,旨在不断提高大蒜产品的功能和价值,为大蒜产品在动物生产中的持续推广应用提供参考.
Garlic products are rich in nutrition and possess antibacteria,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,and the ability to lower blood sugar and lipids,as well as improve animals'appetite.Garlic products can improve the production performance and product quality of animals,and enhance the immunity.The paper summarizes the function of garlic products and their application in animal production,and summarizes and discusses the problems existing in the application of garlic products in animal production,in order to continuously improve the function and value of garlic products,and provide reference for the continuous promotion and application of garlic products in animal production.
