Abstract
研究了一种用于高压隔离开关夹紧力检测的PLC控制方法,通过PLC程序控制2个步进电动机动作.第1个步进电动机动作的位移为高压隔离开关触头插入触指的距离,第2个步进电动机动作的位移为高压隔离开关触头对触指的压缩量,含有压力传感器的测试模块分别通过2个步进电动机做设定好位移的2个运动,实现模拟合闸的动作.触指夹紧模拟触头后,触指对模拟触头的夹紧力模拟量通过模拟触头上的压力传感器检测出来,经过PLC程序模数转化后,夹紧力值通过PLC程序传送至显示屏.经应用实践证明,该PLC控制方法简单高效,经济实用,方便地实现了高压隔离开关夹紧力的检测功能,为夹紧力这一高压隔离开关关键性能参数的自动化检测提供了一种很好的方法.
In this paper ,a PLC control method for detecting clamping force of HV switch disconnector is studied .The PLC is used as the controller to drive the two stepping motors by the driver .The displacement of the first step motor is the distance of the high-voltage isolating switch contact inserted into the contact finger ,and the displacement of the second step motor is the compression amount of the high-voltage isolating switch contact on the contact finger .So the test module step by step in the screw to do a good job on the two movements to achieve the analog contact to insert the product touch the fin-gers of the fingers touch the analog contact .The test module containing the pressure sensor is used to make the two move-ments of the displacement through two stepping motors to realize the analog closing action .After the contact finger clamps the analog contact ,the clamping force on the contact simulation of analog is detected by simulation of contact pressure sen-sor .Through the PLC program after the analog-to-digital conversion ,the clamping force is transmitted to the display value through the PLC program .It is proved that the method can control the movement position accurately and economically ,and it can realize the detection function of the clamping force of HV switch disconnector conveniently .It provides a good method for the automatic detection of the key performance parameters of the HV switch disconnector product .
