Abstract
为确保盾构成功穿越某城市市政隧道下穿越河流中遇到的既有桩基工程,通过分析拔桩工艺选择、拔桩工艺流程和盾构掘进监测,选取旋转钻机配合套管的拔桩工艺,具有设备简单、操作方便、安全风险低、施工作业面小、施工成本低、施工效率高的优势,可用于空间受限区域的既有灌注桩拔除施工.
In order to ensure that the shield driving successfully passes through the existing pile foundations of a municipal tunnel crossing the river,through analyzing the selection of pile pulling technology and process and the monitoring of shield driving,the technology of rotary drilling rig combined with matching casing was adopted,which has the advantages of simple devices,easy operation,low safety risk,small construction working surface,low construction cost and high construction efficiency. This technology can be applied to pulling out the existing cast-in-place piles in space restricted areas.
