Abstract
为建立原子发射光谱法同时测定血竭中铝(Al)等20种无机元素含量的方法,了解20种无机元素在10批血竭样品中的分布情况,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定10批血竭中的铝(Al)、砷(As)和钡(Ba)等20种无机元素的含量,对4种重金属元素、10种与药材的活血化瘀功效相关的无机元素和其他元素在10批血竭中的分布进行比较分析.结果表明,除了铝(Al)、钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、锰(Mn)和钠(Na)6种元素,其他元素在10批血竭的分布趋势大体一致,4种重金属元素含量远低于药典限量要求,研究结果为血竭品质鉴别及应用提供了一定的参考.
To establish a method for simultaneously determining the content of 20 mineral element including aluminum in dragon's blood using atomic emission spectroscopy,and to understand the distribution of 20 mineral element in 10 batches of dragon's blood samples.The experiment used inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)to determine the content of 20 inorganic elements such as aluminum(Al),arsenic(As),and barium(Ba)in 10 batches of dragon's blood.The distribution of 4 heavy metal elements,10 mineral element related to the blood circulation and blood stasis promoting effect of medicinal herbs,and other elements in 10 batches of dragon's blood were compared and analyzed.The results showed that except for aluminum(Al),calcium(Ca),iron(Fe),magnesium(Mg),manganese(Mn),and sodium(Na),the distribution trend of other elements in 10 batches of dragon's blood was generally consistent,and the four heavy metal elements were far below the pharmacopoeia limit.The results provide a reference basis for the quality identification of dragon's blood.
