Abstract
以Cr粉、Al粉和石墨为原料,采用热压原位反应烧结合成Cr2 AlC陶瓷材料.研究不同的烧结温度对合成Cr2 AlC陶瓷的物相组成和性能的影响,对Cr2 AlC陶瓷的摩擦磨损性能进行了测试研究.实验结果表明,按照摩尔比n(Cr)∶n(Al)∶n(C)=2.0∶1.2∶1.0的粉末配比,在1350℃热压烧结1.0 h,可合成出高纯度单相Cr2 AlC陶瓷.当烧结温度较低时合成产物主要为Cr2 AlC、Cr2 Al 和 Cr7 C3;当烧结温度超过1450℃时 Cr2 AlC陶瓷会分解为Cr7 C3.Cr2 AlC陶瓷的干摩擦因数和磨损率均随摩擦载荷的增加呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,当载荷为50 N时,干摩擦因数和磨损率达到最大值.
Cr2 AlC ceramic materials were prepared by hot pressing sintering process with Cr,Al and graphite as raw materials.The effect of process parameters on the phase and physical properties of the ceramic material was investigated,and the friction and wear properties of the sample were analyzed.The experimental results show that can be prepared from high purity single phase Cr2AlC ceramics by hot pressing of 1.0 h at 1 350 ℃,accord-ing to the ratio of n(Cr)∶n(Al)∶n(C)=2.0∶1.2∶1.0.When the sintering temperature is low,the main products were Cr2 Al,Cr7 C3 and Cr2 AlC,and the Cr2 AlC ceramics decomposed into Cr7 C3 when the sintering temperature exceeds 1 450 ℃.The dry friction factor and wear rate of Cr2 AlC ceramics increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the friction load.When the load was 50 N,the dry friction factor and wear rate were the maximum.
