Abstract
建立了一类带有输入输出 SEIR传染病模型,分析求得了基本再生数R0,当R0<1时,通过构造合适V的函数,得到了无病平衡点E0是全局渐进稳定的,且疾病永久灭绝。当R0>1时,通过构造合适的 Dulac 函数,得到了唯一地方病平衡点E1是全局渐进稳定的,且疾病永久持续流行。
A SEIR epidemic model with immigration is considered and the threshold data R0 ,which deter-mines the existence of an infectious disease,is obtained.when R0<1 ,it is proved by constructing appropriate functionV that the disease-free E0 is global asymptotic stable and the disease eventually dies out.When R0>1 ,it is obtained by constructing appropriate function Dulac that the endemic equilibrium E1 is global asymp-totic stable and the disease is uniformly persistent.
