Abstract
试验旨在研究不同剂量25-羟基维生素D3对海兰褐蛋种鸡生产性能和孵化性能的影响.选择父母代15周龄海兰褐蛋种鸡400羽,将种鸡随机平均分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加25-羟基维生素D3 20、40、60 μg/kg.蛋种鸡开产后测定产蛋性能和繁殖性能,试验期为81 d.结果表明:1、2、3组蛋种鸡受精率、孵化率和健雏率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);1、2、3组蛋种鸡死淘率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);1、2、3组蛋种鸡骨骼密度和骨骼硬度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).说明在15周龄海兰褐蛋种鸡开产前和开产初期日粮中添加25-羟基维生素D3,能显著改善其生产性能和繁殖性能,最适添加量为40 μg/kg.
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 at different doses on production and hatching performance of Hyline brown egg-laying breeders.A total of 400 Hyline brown egg-laying breeders powder parental generation aged 15 weeks were selected and randomly di-vided into four groups.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the groups 1,2 and 3 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 20,40 and 60 μg/kg,respectively.The laying perfor-mance and reproductive performance were detected after the beginning of laying.The test period was 81 days.The results showed as follows:the fertilization rate,hatching rate and healthy chick rate of egg-laying breeders in groups 1,2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The death rate of egg-laying breeders in groups 1,2 and 3 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The bone density and bone hardnessof egg-laying breeders in groups 1,2 and 3 were signifi-cantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 to the pre-natal and early natal diets can significantly improve the production and reproductive perfor-mance of 15-week-old Hyline Brown egg-laying breeders,and the optimal supplemental concentration was 40 μg/kg.
