Abstract
为解决传统钻孔设备钻孔精度不高、钻头旋转速度无法调节的问题,设计一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的零件自动钻孔控制系统.以三菱FX3U系列PLC作为系统的控制器,设计控制方案、控制程序和触摸屏页面,并设置变频器参数,实现钻孔位置与深度的精准控制、钻头旋转速度的灵活调节以及钻孔加工参数的便捷设置,提高了钻孔加工的精度、质量和效率.
In order to solve the problems of low drilling precision and unadjustable bit rotation speed of traditional drilling equipment,an automatic parts drilling control system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is designed.With Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC as the controller of the system,the control scheme,control program and touch screen page are designed,and the frequency converter parameters are set to realize the accurate control of drilling position and depth,the flexible adjustment of drill rotation speed and the convenient setting of drilling processing parameters,and the accuracy,quality and efficiency of drilling processing are improved.
