Abstract
中焦气机痞塞是痞满病的核心病机,广东省名中医傅应昌将痞病的核心病机总结为"滞",即气机郁滞.病因为"虚"和"郁",即脾胃亏虚和情志抑郁.由此提出"虚-滞-痞"和"郁-滞-痞"模型,在临床上将痞满作为心身疾病,以健脾助运、降胃导滞、疏肝和营为法,心身同治,畅达气机.
Qi movement stagnation of meddle energizer is the core pathogenesis of the gastric stuffiness.Fu Yingchang,a prestigious traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Guangdong Province,summarized the pathogenesis of this disease as"stasis",that is,qi stagna-tion.The disease is caused by"deficiency"and"stagnation",that is,spleen and stomach deficiency and emotional depression.There-fore,the models of"deficiency-stagnation-stuffiness"and"depression-stagnation-stuffiness"were proposed.In clinical practice,gastric stuffiness is regarded as a psychosomatic disease.The treatment is to invigorate the deficiency and fortify the spleen,relieve de-pression and sooth the liver,and move the stagnation,thus,treating the body and mind at the same time.
