Abstract
随着矿山开采深度逐步加深,溜井高度不断增加,原有通风系统难以控制溜井系统的冲击气流和粉尘.针对该问题,文章提出采用可控循环通风技术方案,并结合某铅锌矿深部溜井系统的实际应用进行分析.分析结果表明:通过在该矿山-455 m中段设置循环风机,构造深部溜井的区域通风循环,使深部用风中段的通风量增加了26 m3/s;通过安装净化设施,使循环风的风质得到了保障;该矿山在采用可控循环风后节约了36.7%能耗.
With the gradual deepening of the mining depth of the mine,the height of the shaft is increasing,and the original ventilation system is difficult to control the impact air flow and dust in the shaft system.To solve this problem,this paper proposes to adopt the controlled circulation ventilation technology scheme,and analyzes it with the practical application of a deep shaft system in a lead-zinc mine.The analysis results show that by installing a circulation fan in the middle section of-455 m in this mine,the regional ventilation circulation of the deep shaft is constructed,so that the ventilation volume of the middle section of the deep air use is increased by 26 m3/s;by installing the purification facilities,the quality of the circulating air is guaranteed;t the mine saves 36.7%of its energy consumption by adopting the controllable recirculation ventilation.
