煤矿微型无线多参数传感器的研究与设计 / Design of miniature multi-parameter sensor for coal mine

Abstract
针对现有煤矿安全监测系统中所使用的传感器大多为单参数有线传感器这一现状,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的矿用微型无线多参数传感器,详细介绍了该传感器的电源模块、主控模块、数据采集模块和无线传输模块硬件电路设计,对软件程序开发也进行了阐述。该传感器集成检测井下温度、湿度、瓦斯浓度、一氧化碳浓度和氧气浓度,具有无线传输、自组网、体积小、功耗低和成本低的特点,可以有效弥补现有煤矿监测技术中传感器体积大、耗能高、安装复杂和不灵活的缺点。
Aimed at one-parameter wired sensors for coal mine safety monitoring system,a miniature multi-parameter sensor for coalmine was designed on the basis of ZigBee Technology. Its power module,master control module,data acquisition and hardware circuit design of wire-less transmission module were introduced in detail.In addition,the software program develop-ment was also expounded.The sensor integrated all detections including shaft temperature,hu-midity,gas concentration,and carbon monoxide and oxygen concentrations,characterized by wireless transmission,ad-hoc network,small volume,low power consumption and low cost.It can effectively make up current shortcomings of monitoring technology in coal mine,such as large volume,high energy consumption,installation complexity and inconvenience.
