Abstract
为了解近几年广西壮族自治区地区猪盖他病毒(GETV)的感染和流行情况.本研究从广西壮族自治区12个市区的61个猪场收集来自2016-2021年的猪血清样品574份,采用中和试验(NT)方法进行GETV血清流行病学调查.NT结果表明,阳性猪场26个,猪场阳性率为42.62%,有10个市区的129份血清为GETV中和抗体阳性,血清总体阳性率为22.47%,几何平均效价(GMT)为1∶141.76.百色市GETV中和抗体阳性率显著高于梧州市、来宾市、柳州市(P<0.05),河池市、防城港市、玉林市、百色市阳性血清GMT显著高于钦州市、桂林市、梧州市、南宁市(P<0.05);检测样品中2021年GETV中和抗体阳性率显著高于2016-2019年和2020年(P<0.05),2016-2019年阳性血清GMT显著高于2020年和2021年(P<0.05).选择NT法结果中GETV中和抗体阳性样品129份,阴性样品190份,用IFA法重新检测是否有GETV抗体,两种方法针对阳性和阴性结果的Kappa系数为0.746(μ=13.32,P<0.01),一致性强度好.以上结果表明,广西壮族自治区部分地区猪场可能已经存在着GETV的感染,不同地区阳性率存在差异,部分地区猪群GETV中和抗体效价较高,有必要做好该地区GETV的监测及防控.
In order to investigate the prevalence of porcine Getah virus(GETV)in Guangxi province in recent years,574 pig serum samples collected from 2016 to 2021 from 61 farms in 12 cities of Guangxi province were tested using serum neutralization(NT).As a result,26 pig farms were tested positive for GETV neutralizing antibodies(42.62%)and 129 serum samples from 10 urban areas were positive.Overall positivity rate of serum samples was 22.47%and the geometric mean titer(GMT)was 1∶141.76.The positive rate of GETV neutralizing antibodies in Baise was significantly higher than in Wuzhou,Laibin and Liuzhou(P<0.05),and the positive serum GMT in Hechi,Fangchenggang,Yulin and Baise was significantly higher than in Qinzhou,Guilin,Wuzhou and Nanning(P<0.05).In addition,GETV neutralizing antibodies in 2021 were significantly higher than in 2016-2019 and 2020(P<0.05)and positive serum GMT in 2016-2019 was significantly higher than in 2020 and 2021 in the samples tested(P<0.05).Moreover,129 positive samples and 190 negative samples that were detected with NT method were retested for the presence of GETV antibodies by IFA.As a result,the Kappa coefficient of the two methods against positive and negative results was 0.746(μ=13.32,P<0.01)with good consistency.The above results showed that GETV infection existed in some pig farms in Guangxi and there were differences in the positive rate in the tested areas.Therefore,it was necessary to put a good effort for monitoring,prevention and control of GETV in this area.
