康肾颗粒对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能指标的影响 / Effect of Kangshen granule on renal function index in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
目的 探讨应用康肾颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病对患者肾功能指标的影响.方法 150例糖尿病肾病患者, 采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组, 各75例.对照组患者采用常规治疗, 研究组患者在常规治疗基础上采用康肾颗粒治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标水平及尿糖阳性率、治疗效果.结果 治疗后, 两组患者血肌酐 (Scr) 、尿素氮 (BUN) 、尿蛋白排泄率 (UAE) 水平均低于本组治疗前, 且研究组低于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .治疗后, 研究组患者尿糖阳性率低于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.67％, 显著高于对照组的82.67％, 差异具有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .结论 在糖尿病肾病的治疗中应用康肾颗粒可有效改善患者的肾功能指标, 降低尿糖阳性率, 提高治疗效果.
Objective To discuss the effect of Kangshen granule on renal function index in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 150 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided by random number table method into control group and research group, with 75 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy, and the research group received Kangshen granule on the basis of conventional therapy.The renal function index and urine glucose positive rate and treatment effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment, both groups had lower serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urinary protein excretion rate (UAE) levels than those before treatment, and the research group was lower than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the research group had lower urine glucose positive rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The research group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate as 94.67％than 82.67％in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of Kangshen granule in treatment of diabetic nephropathy, can effectively improve the renal function index of patients, lower urine glucose positive rate and improve treatment effect.
