用砂桶装置和米酒去除地下水硝酸盐的影响因素 / Influence factors of nitrate removal from groundwater by sand-bucket and rice wine

Abstract
利用简易砂桶装置,以米酒为碳源,考察了向装置内添加米酒条件下,装置内砂砾数量、水温、进水硝酸盐浓度对硝酸盐去除的影响.结果表明:在添加米酒(碳氮比0.8~1.1)的条件下,装置内砂砾数量对去除效果影响最大,砂桶砂砾数量增多,硝酸盐去除效果增强,且能有效抑制亚硝酸盐积累,建议砂砾总体积占装置水体积比以1/3为宜;水温对硝酸盐去除的影响较大,22~ 25℃较为适宜,硝酸盐去除速率分别是10~ 12℃和15~ 19℃时的2.43和1.82倍;进水硝酸盐浓度和溶解氧浓度的影响较小.其他因素如pH值、电导率和反应的中间产物,不是利用砂桶装置和米酒去除地下水硝酸盐的主要影响因素.
It is very ubiquitous and serious that shallow groundwater was contaminated by nitrate,especially in rural areas where such pollution brings risk to the safety of drinking water.The simply equipped sand-buckets were used in the test to investigate some factors including quantity of sand gravel,water temperature,and inflow contents of both nitrate and dissolved oxygen on nitrate removal,associated with rice wine as the sole carbon source.Results indicated that the first influence factor was quantity of sand gravel,the second was water temperature under the successional addition of rice wine condition.However,inflow contents of both nitrate and dissolved oxygen didn't show any clear influences.Increasing the quantity of sand gravel could enhance the rate of nitrate removal and inhibit the accumulation of nitrite.Water temperature of 22-25 ℃ was appropriate and its nitrate removal rate was 2.43 times and 1.82 times of those of 10-12 ℃ and 15-19 ℃,respectively.With regard to pH value,electric conductivity and reactive intermediates,they were not the main factors to affect the nitrate removal from pumped groundwater by the method.
