复方桐叶烧伤油治疗斑蝥酸钠维生素B6所致静脉炎60例 / Clinical Study on Compound Tongye Burn Oil in the Treatment of 60 Cases of Phlebitis Induced by Disdium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6

Abstract
目的 分析复方桐叶烧伤油在斑蝥酸钠维生素B6 所致静脉炎患者中的治疗效果.方法 选取江西省肿瘤医院2020 年 4 月至 2022 年 4 月收治的斑蝥酸钠维生素B6 所致静脉炎患者 120 例,按随机数字表法划分成对照组(60 例)、观察组(60 例).对照组给予多磺酸黏多糖乳膏,观察组予以复方桐叶烧伤油外擦,连续治疗 1 周.对比两组临床疗效、症状改善情况、舒适度、不良反应.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 95.00%(57/60),高于对照组的 83.33%(50/60),皮肤灼热消失时间、局部红肿消失时间、疼痛消失时间、血管条索状改变消失时间均短于对照组,简化舒适状况量表内生理维度评分、心理维度评分、精神维度评分、社会文化和环境维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 复方桐叶烧伤油在斑蝥酸钠维生素B6 所致静脉炎患者治疗中效果显著,可加快其症状消退,提高舒适度,且安全性较高.
Objective To analyze the effect of compound tongye burn oil on patients with phlebitis caused by disdium cantharidinate and vitamin B6.Methods 120 patients with phlebitis caused by disdium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream,and the observation group was treated with compound tongye burn oil,all treated for one week.Compared the two groups'clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,comfort,and adverse reactions.Results The observation group's total effective rate was 95.00%(57/60),which was higher than 83.33%(50/60)of control group.The disappearance time of skin burning,the disappearance time of local redness and swelling,the disappearance time of pain and the disappearance time of vascular strip changes were shorter than control group's;the General Comfort Questionnaire had a physiological dimension score,a psychological dimension score,a spiritual dimension score and a social culture and environmental dimension score,all of which were higher than control group's,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions between the two groups were comparable,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound tongye burn oil has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with phlebitis caused by disdium cantharidinate and vitamin B6.It can accelerate the resolution of symptoms,improve comfort,and have no adverse reactions.
