哮喘片治疗哮喘的临床疗效分析 / Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Asthma Tablets in the Treatment of Asthma

Abstract
目的：探讨哮喘片治疗哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月期间在我院接受治疗的哮喘患者80例，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组患者各40例。两组患者均行常规西药治疗；观察组患者在此基础上联合哮喘片进行治疗，对比两组咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘憋等临床症状的消除时间，以及两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为85.0%；对照组患者的治疗总有效率为75.0%，组间差异显著，结果具有统计意义，P＜0.05。结论常规治疗基础上联合哮喘片治疗哮喘效果显著，起效迅速。
Objective To study the asthma clinical effect of treatment of asthma.Methods between January 2013 and January 2013 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 80 cases of patients with asthma, its randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group of patients. Two groups of patients were performed conventional western medicine treatment. Observation group of patients on the basis of the combination of asthma treatment, compared two groups of cough, lung sounds, asthma and clinical symptoms, eliminate time, suppress and clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The treatment of patients with observing group, the total effective rate was 85.0%; Control group in the treatment of patients with the total effective rate was 75.0%, signiifcant difference between groups, the results of statistical signiifcance, that is, (P<0.05).Conclusion Routine therapy based on joint asthma asthma effect is remarkable.
