Abstract
肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)被认为是癌症治疗的关键点,其具有独特的表面标志物、干性相关信号通路、表观遗传和免疫趋化因子等方面的特征,与肿瘤起始、复发、转移和耐药高度相关.姜黄素是从姜黄属植物根茎中提取出的一种多酚类物质,具有广泛的抗癌作用,包括促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤侵袭、逆转化疗耐药及调控免疫微环境等,在抑制CSCs干性方面也表现出极大潜力.本文从姜黄素对CSCs干性的调控作用入手,总结了其临床应用潜力及优势,从干性相关信号通路、表观遗传、肿瘤微环境及靶向制剂四个角度,全面综述了姜黄素对CSCs干性的影响,旨在为靶向CSCs治疗肿瘤提供理论依据.
Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are considered to be the key points of cancer treatment,and they have unique characteristics of surface markers,stem-related signaling pathways,epigenetic and immunochemotactic factors,which are highly correlated with tumor initiation,recurrence,metastasis and drug resistance.Curcumin is a kind of polyphenol extracted from the rhizome of curcuma.It has a wide range of anticancer effects,including promoting tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor invasion,reversing chemotherapy resistance and regulating immune microenvironment.It also shows great potential in inhibiting the stemness of CSCs.Starting from the regulatory effect of curcumin on the stemness of CSCs,this article summarizes its clinical application potential and advantages,and comprehensively reviews the effect of curcumin on the stemness of CSCs from the four perspectives of stem-related signaling pathway,epigenetics,tumor microenvironment and targeted preparations,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of tumors with CSCs.
