Abstract
目的 分析乳腺钼靶(MG)联合磁共振动态增强(DCE-MRI)扫描对含钙化灶的致密型乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值.方法 120 例含钙化灶的致密型乳腺病变患者按照病变性质分为良性组和恶性组,两组均接受MG、DCE-MRI扫描检查,分析MG、DCE-MRI扫描单独及联合检查对含钙化灶的致密型乳腺良恶性病变的诊断效能.结果 MG检查显示,良性组的病灶直径小于恶性组,病灶个数少于恶性组(P<0.05).DCE-MRI扫描显示,良性组的形状、边缘类型、强化方式和信号强度曲线评分均低于恶性组(P<0.05).MG联合DCE-MRI扫描诊断含钙化灶的致密型乳腺病变的敏感度、特异性、准确率均高于MG、DCE-MRI扫描检查(P<0.05).结论 MG联合DCE-MRI扫描对含钙化灶的致密型乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值较高.
Objective To analyze the value of mammography(MG)combined with dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)scan in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of dense breast with calcification.Methods 120 patients with dense breast lesions with calcification were divided into the benign group and the malignant group according to the character of the lesions.Both groups were examined by MG and DCE-MRI scan,and the diagnostic efficiencies of single and combined examination for benign and malignant lesions of dense breast with calcification were analyzed.Results MG examination showed that the lesion diameter of the benign group was smaller than that of the malignant group,and the number of lesions was less than that of the malignant group(P<0.05).DCE-MRI scan showed that the scores of shape,edge type,enhancement mode and signal intensity curve of the benign group were lower than those of the malignant group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MG combined with DCE-MRI scan in the diagnosis of dense breast lesions with calcification were higher than those of MG and DCE-MRI scan(P<0.05).Conclusions MG combined with DCE-MRI scan has high value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of dense breast with calcification.
