Abstract
为推进智慧化城市建设,智慧住区受到广泛关注,但仍存在问题,如缺少智能集约的统一管控平台.通过对苏州市部分智慧住区建设情况进行调研,分析既有平台类型及需求,结合"绿色、智慧、安全、服务"等设计原则,建立高集成度的绿色智慧住区管控平台,以期为今后住区的绿色智慧管控平台建设提供技术指导与建议.
In order to promote the construction of smart cities,smart residential areas have received wide-spread attention,but there are still problems,such as the lack of a unified intelligent and intensive control plat-form.Through the investigation of the construction of some smart residential areas in Suzhou,the types and needs of existing platforms are analyzed,and combined with the design principles of"green,intelligence,safe-ty,and service",a highly integrated green and intelligent residential area control platform is established,in or-der to provide technical guidance and suggestions for the construction of green and intelligent control platforms in residential areas in the future.
