Abstract
为进一步提升高职院校基层团组织的组织力、引领力、服务力和贡献度,探索党团班一体化建设.通过健全组织架构、加强制度建设、提升队伍水平、推进活动组织"四个一体化"建设实践,较好地解决了思想引领"党味浓度"不够、实践活动"团味鲜度"不足和学生管理"班味温度"不高等问题.
