Abstract
于2015年枯水期(5月)、平水期(6月)和丰水期(8月)对黄河口牡蛎产卵场及邻近海域进行3个航次的采样调查,采用香农-威纳多样性指数、均匀度指数、优势度指数和丰富度分析其浮游植物多样性及群落特征.结果表明:共检出浮游植物2门21种,其中硅藻门的种类最多,占90.48%;调查海域枯水期(5月)浮游植物多样性指数、均匀度和丰富度最高,平水期(6月)次之,丰水期(8月)最低,说明枯水期(5月)浮游植物的群落结构特征好于平水期(6月)和丰水期(8月);调查海域枯水期(5月)和平水期(6月)环境质量评价属于中污染水平,丰水期(8月)整体上属于重污染水平.
The structure of phytoplankton was surveyed in oyster spawning ground in Yellow River estuary and adjacent waters during dry season (May),flat water period (June) and wet season (August) in 2015,and phytoplankton diversity and community characteristics were evaluated by Shannon-Wiener diversity index,evenness index,dominance index,and abundance index.A total of 21 species in 2 phyla were observed,with 90.48% of diatom.The maximal diversity index,evenness index and abundance index were found in dry season (May),followed by flat water period (June) and the minimal in wet season (August),indicating that better community structure characteristics during dry season (May) than that during flat water period season (June) and wet season (August).Environmental quality was assessed to be mid-pollution level during dry season (May) and flat water period (June),and to be heavily polluted during wet season (August).
