基于微信的翻转课堂教学模式在外科打结技术教学中的应用 / Application of Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode Based on Wechat in Surgical Knotting Technology Teaching

Abstract
目的 探讨基于微信的翻转课堂教学模式在外科打结技术教学中的应用.方法 2016 年 9月 1 日至 2017年 9月 30 日,在对某院 2012级-2014 级临床医学专业医学生外科打结技术教学中,将 182名学生随机分为两组,A组 91 人,采用应用基于微信的FC教学法;B组 91 人,应用传统教学方法.教学结束后,对两组学生进行外科打结操作考试,并填写课堂满意度调查问卷,根据考试成绩及问卷结果 对教学效果进行评价.本研究采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行实验数据的分析处理.结果 A组在课堂满意度上高于B组.96.7%的学生认为基于微信平台的FC模式有助于促进教学积极性;92.3%的学生认为有助于提高自学能力,93.4%的学生认为这种教学模式有助于对教学内容的理解,89%的学生认为有助于提高学习效率.明显高于B组,提示基于微信平台的翻转教学模式优于传统的教学模式.A组打结技能考核总成绩 26.74±1.044 分,B组 17.14±2.153 分,两组打结手法成绩分别为 8.92±0.57 分和 6.36±0.889 分;打结效果成绩为 14.02±0.562 分和 7.71±1.618 分;打结熟练程度为 3.79±0.58 分和 3.08±0.459 分.结论 微信结合 FC 教学模式在外科打结技术教学中课堂满意度高、考核成绩优于传统教学模式,激发了学生的学习积极性、且不增加学生的额外负担,有助知识内化于心,获得了良好的教学效果,值得普及推广至更多的领域.
Objective To explore the application of the flipped classroom(FC)teaching mode based on WeChat in the teaching of surgical knotting techniques.Methods In the teaching of surgical knotting technique to medical students majoring in clinical medicine in 2012-2014 of Capital Medical University,182 students were randomly divided into two groups.Group A used the FC teaching method based on WeChat,and group B applied traditional teaching.method.After the teaching,the two groups of students were given a surgical knot-tying test,and filled out a questionnaire for classroom satisfaction.The teaching effect was evaluated according to the test scores and the results of the questionnaire.In this study,SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for the analysis and processing of experimental data.Results Group A had higher classroom satisfaction than Group B.96.7%of students believed that the FC model based on WeChat platform helped to promote teaching enthusiasm;92.3%of students thought it helped to improve self-learning ability,93.4%of students thought that this teaching model helped to understand the teaching content,89%of students thought it helped to improve learning efficiency.significantly higher than that of group B,suggesting that the flipped teaching model based on the WeChat platform was superior to the traditional teaching model.Conclusions WeChat combined with FC teaching mode in the surgical knot tying technology teaching with high classroom satisfaction,assessment results were better than the traditional teaching mode,stimulated students'enthusiasm for learning,and did not increase the additional burden of students,helped internalize knowledge in the heart,obtained good teaching results,and deserved to be popularized and promoted to more fields.
