Abstract
实习教学是促使医学影像学本科生快速适应岗位,提高其实践能力、操作能力的重要途径.但由于医学影像学技术涉及内容较多,且实习带教教师水平存在差异、教学方式单一等多因素影响,导致实习教学效果欠佳.并且医学影像专业具有较强的实践性,因此应注重采取高效教学模式,注重培养本科实习生的临床技能与专业理论知识.本文通过对医学影像学本科生的特点进行分析,探讨结合医院实际情况选择高效的教学模式,以期提高实习教学效果,为社会培养更多专业的医学影像专业人才.
Internship teaching is an important way to promote medical imaging undergraduates to quickly adapt to their positions and improve their practical and operational abilities.However,because medical imaging technology in-volves a lot of content,and there are many factors such as differences in the level of internship teachers and a single teaching method,the results of internship teaching are not good.Moreover,the medical imaging major has strong prac-ticality,so it should focus on adopting an efficient teaching model and focusing on cultivating the clinical skills and professional theoretical knowledge of undergraduate interns.This article analyzes the characteristics of medical imag-ing undergraduate students and discusses the selection of efficient teaching models based on the actual situation of the hospital,with a view to improving the effectiveness of internship teaching and cultivating more professional medical imaging professionals for the society.
