Abstract
近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,鸽肉由于其较高的营养价值和独特的风味,已成为继鸡鸭鹅后,我国的第四大家禽.骨骼肌是人类对于动物蛋白质摄入的主要来源,同时也是决定家禽经济价值的主要因素之一.该文系统梳理和介绍了肉鸽骨骼肌胚胎期和出生后的生长规律、调控机制和影响因素,系统分析比较了不同品种(杂交组合)骨骼肌生长发育的差异,并对肉鸽骨骼肌生长发育的调控机制研究及其在生产和育种中的应用进行了展望.
In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards,pigeon meat has become the fourth largest poultry in China,after chickens,ducks,and geese,due to its high nutritional value and unique flavor.Skeletal muscle is the main source of animal protein intake for humans,and also one of the main factors determining the economic value of poultry.This article systematically reviewed and introduced the growth patterns,regulatory mechanisms,and influencing factors of skeletal muscle growth and development in meat pi-geons during embryonic and postnatal stages.It systematically analyzed and compared the differences in skeletal muscle growth and de-velopment among different varieties(hybrid combinations),and looked forward to the future research directions on regulatory mecha-nisms of skeletal muscle growth and development in meat pigeons and their applications in production and breeding.
