Abstract
目的:对比加盖岛状皮瓣尿道成形术(onlay island flap,OIF)与尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术(tublarizde incised plate,TIP)对小儿尿道下裂的治疗疗效及安全性.方法:选取尿道下裂患儿80例,随机分为两组,每组40例,A组患儿给予OIF治疗,B组患儿给予TIP治疗,对比两组的治疗疗效及安全性.结果:A组患儿的手术成功率为90.0％、并发症发生率为16.7％及最大尿流量为(8.29±1.48)mL/s,B组患儿的手术成功率为87.5％、并发症发生率为20.0％及最大尿流量为(8.21±1.53)mL/s,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);A组的手术时间为(118.76±10.85)min,长于B组(84.63±7.94)min(P＜0.05).结论:OIF与TIP治疗小儿尿道下裂均具有良好疗效,但TIP手术时间更短,临床应根据患儿病情合理选择术式,以为患儿提供更加安全、有效的治疗方法.
Objective:To compare the treatment effect and safety of onlay island flap (OIF)and tubularized incised plate urethroplasty (TIP)in the treatment of children with pediatric hypospadias.Methods:80 cases of children with pediatric hypospadias were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The patients in group A were given OIF treatment,while those in group B were given TIP treatment.The treatment effect and safety in the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of surgery,the incidence of complications and the maximum urinary flow rate in group A and B were 90.0 ％,16.7 ％,(8.29±1.48)mL/s and 87.5 ％,20.0 ％,(8.21±1.53)mL/s respectively,and there were no significant differences between the groups(P＞0.05);The operation time in group A was (118.76±10.85)min,which was longer than that in group B (84.63±7.94 min;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Both OIF and TIP in the treatment of children with hypospadias have good clinical effects,but the operation time of TIP is shorter.The patient's condition should be considered to choose an appropriate clinical treatment so as to provide a more safe and effective method.
