Abstract
为解决ZJ119型卷接机组流化床供丝气流温度上升而影响卷烟感官质量等问题,设计了一种供丝气流温度控制系统.该系统由内循环水路系统和独立的PLC控制系统组成,利用低温水进入水-气热交换器对气流进行降温,并采用PID控制算法调整外接冷水的流量,实现对气流温度的控制,避免冷凝水的产生.以宁波卷烟厂生产的"利群(楼外楼)"牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:①改进后ZJ119机组供丝气流温度从43.67℃下降至36.6℃;②当气流设定温度≥36.6℃时,温控系统可以有效调节气流温度;③随着气流温度的降低,卷烟感官质量得到显著提升;④改进后ZJ119机组的换热器表面和温控系统内管路未出现冷凝水现象.该技术可为提高卷烟产品质量提供支持.
In order to avoid the effects of the temperature rise of the tobacco feeding airflow in the fluidized bed in filter cigarette maker ZJ119 on the sensory quality of cigarettes,a temperature control system was designed.The system consists of an internal water circulation system and a PLC control system,it cools the airflow by means of a water-air heat exchanger.The PID is used to regulate the flow rate of cold water and prevent condensation from forming.The control system was tested on cigarette brand"Liqun(Louwailou)"in Ningbo Cigarette Factory.The results showed that:1)The temperature of the tobacco feeding airflow in the fluidized bed decreased from 43.67℃to 36.6℃.2)When the airflow temperature was set at≥36.6℃,the control system could effectively regulate the airflow temperature.3)The sensory quality of the produced cigarettes was significantly promoted as the airflow temperature lowered.4)No condensation was formed on the surface of the heat exchanger or pipeline in the temperature control system.This technology supports the promotion of cigarette quality.
