Abstract
目的 对针灸治疗荨麻疹的相关文献进行文献计量学及可视化分析,直观呈现该领域的研究现状,并挖掘热点方向.方法 在CNKI数据库中检索建库以来至2023 年1 月25 日针灸治疗荨麻疹的相关文献.使用CiteSpace软件进行机构、作者、关键词等分析,梳理针灸治疗荨麻疹研究的演进过程及前沿热点.结果 最终纳入754 篇文献,年发文量呈平稳增长趋势,涉及605 所机构、811 位作者、379 个关键词,其中以针刺和穴位注射出现频次最多,爆发点时间最近的是"火针",腧穴主要集中在三阴交、曲池、血海及神阙等.结论 目前针灸荨麻疹领域仍有很大的发展潜力,特别是临床研究,建议加强各个机构及作者间的合作,优化临床研究的试验设计,为针灸循证医学提供更高的研究证据.
Objective To make bibliometrics and visual analysis on the related literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of urticaria,to visually present the research status in this field,and to explore the hot spots.Methods The related literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of urticaria from the establishment of the database to January 25,2023 were searched in CNKI database.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the organization,author and keywords,so as to sort out the evolution process and frontier hot spots of acupuncture treatment for urticaria.Results Finally,754 articles were finally included,and the annual published articles showed a steady growth trend,involving 605 institutions,811 authors and 379 keywords.Among them,acupuncture and acupoint injection appeared most frequently,and the latest outbreak point was"fire needle",and acupoints mainly concentrated in Sanyinjiao(SP6),Quchi(LI11),Xuehai(SP10)and Shenque(RN8).Conclusion At present,there is still great development potential in the field of acupuncture for urticaria,especially in clinical research.It is suggested to strengthen the cooperation between various institutions and authors,optimize the experimental design of clinical research,and provide higher research evidence for evidence-based medicine of acupuncture and moxibustion.
