Abstract
本文综合研究了鸡蛋分拣系统设计方法,基于机器视觉技术,对分拣系统硬件选型及布局、鸡蛋图像信息采集、鸡蛋图像预处理与特征提取等各个阶段所需要的技术进行选用,设计了裂纹鸡蛋视觉模块,结合分拣设备组成裂纹鸡蛋分拣系统.该系统可有效实现对裂纹鸡蛋的分拣,提高鸡蛋裂纹的检出效率.最后探讨了该分拣系统设计上存在的问题,并指出未来改进的方向及研究的重点.
By using machine vision technology to provide feedback on egg crack information and combining it with programmed control of machine automatic sorting,an egg sorting system can replace traditional manual sorting,achieving low-cost,high-precision,and automated production efficiency.The controller presents the sorting results on the user page and controls the sorting device to pick out the damaged eggs,retain the intact eggs,and transfer them to the next production process.
