Abstract
浮式生产储卸油(floating production storage and offloading,FPSO)装置长期海上工作,受场地和环境限制,油气处理设备集成度高,控制难度大等特点.为验证FPSO生产流程控制系统(production control system,PCS)的总体设计和关键技术,以某30万吨FPSO为研究对象,针对油气处理工艺特点,介绍了PCS系统组成、三相分离器的控制策略及PCS样机的功能测试方法,为今后其他FPSO生产流程PCS系统的总体设计和解决方案提供参考.
Floating production storage and off -loading (FPSO ) devices,operating on the sea for a long time and limited by site and environment,use highly integrated oil gas processing equipment and are difficult to control.To verify the overall design and key technologies of the FPSO production control system (PCS ),this paper,taking a 300 000 ton FPSO as research object,under consideration of technological characteristics of oil gas processing,introduced the composition of the PCS,the control strategy for the three-phase separator as well as the function test method for the PCS prototype.It could provide a good reference for the overall design and solution of other FPSO PCS systems in the future.
