Abstract
食品安全是人民群众身体健康和生命安全的重要保障,食品安全监管的重要性不容忽视,食品抽样检验是食品安全科学监管和风险检测的重要内容.本文总结了食品安全智慧抽样方法,并探讨了其在食品监管中的应用.首先对传统抽样方法的局限性进行了分析并引入了智慧抽样方法的概念和特点,然后详细介绍了智慧抽样方法的工作原理和技术实现,包括数据挖掘、人工智能和云计算等方面的应用,最后,通过实例分析和案例研究,论证了智慧抽样方法在食品安全监管中的优势和应用前景,为食品安全监管科学抽样提供了理论基础.
Food safety is an important guarantee for the health and life safety of the people.The importance of food safety supervision cannot be ignored.Food sampling inspection is an important part of scientific food safety supervision and risk detection.This article summarized food safety smart sampling methods and explores their application in food supervision.First,the limitations of traditional sampling methods were analyzed and the concepts and characteristics of smart sampling methods were introduced.Then the working principles and technical implementation of smart sampling methods were introduced in detail,including applications in data mining,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing.Finally,through case analysis and case studied,the advantages and application prospects of the smart sampling method in food safety supervision were demonstrated.It provides a theoretical basis for scientific sampling in food safety supervision.
