Abstract
煤沥青价格便宜,炭化产率高,可作为各种新型炭材料的前驱体.以此为原料,价格低廉的纳米碳酸钙为硬模板,利用其本身的占位和热分解释放的CO 2产生的活化作用,制备出多孔沥青基炭材料.采用氮气吸附和透射电镜来考察材料的组织结构.炭材料的电化学性质,以氢氧化钾水溶液为电解液,分别测试其循环伏安、充放电和交流阻抗曲线.结果显示所制备炭材料具有极好的电容特性.在电流密度为0.4 A/g时比电容为209 F/g,并表现出优良的循环稳定性.
A coal tar pitch is used as supercapacitor precursor because it has a high carbon yield.Here we report a feasible method to make pitch-based porous carbon materials for supercapacitors by using inexpensive calcium carbonate as a hard template with its double effect of space-occupying and thermal decomposition.The textural characterization of the carbon material was investigated by N2 adsorption and transmission electron microscope. Its electrochemical capacitive performance was investigated by constructing a single electrode capacitor in a 6 mol/L KOH electrolyte.The results showed that the carbon material possessed a high capacitance of 209 F/g at current density of 0.4 A/g and showed an excellent cycle stability.
